Tucked away in the peaceful gated community of Shadow Brooke Village on beautiful St. Simons Island, this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental offers the perfect setting for a relaxing coastal getaway. Thoughtfully designed with beautiful hardwood floors throughout, comfortable furnishings, and tasteful décor, the condo creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
The spacious open-concept layout allows the kitchen, dining area, and living room to flow seamlessly together, making it ideal for families and groups gathering after a day at the beach. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating, a cozy gas log fireplace, and ceiling fans for added comfort and convenience. The dining table seats six comfortably, while the kitchen bar provides seating for two more, making mealtime and entertaining easy and enjoyable. Just off the living area, a screened-in balcony overlooks the tranquil lagoon, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
The primary suite features a king bed, serene lagoon views, and a private en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. The guest accommodations include one bedroom with a queen bed and another with two twin beds, both sharing a hallway bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Ceiling fans throughout the condo help maintain a cool and comfortable environment year-round.
Guests staying in Shadow Brooke Village enjoy access to the community swimming pool as well as the beautifully landscaped grounds, where a scenic lagoon river winds throughout the property with charming fountains adding to the relaxing island ambiance.
