Cocoonr offers this charming 45 m² flat for rent in St Malo Intra-Muros, less than a kilometre from the beach. It has wifi (fibre optics) and can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the ground floor of a house, overlooking a shared courtyard, it comprises an attractive 20 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom (with shower).
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is made up as follows:
- A 20 m² living room with TV
- A fully-equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine/dryer (2 in 1).
