The Space:

This oceanfront condo is just perfect for solo travelers, couples, and small families! Enjoy dining with picture-perfect beach views on your private balcony. The entire condo has been equipped with guests' comfort in mind. The bedroom has a full-size bed and a new queen bed for 2021. There is also a futon in the front room and two couches in the living room, one having a pull-out bed. The private washer/dryer, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator have all been updated in 2019. The community pool is waiting for you as well! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Highpoint North charges $50 cash or $55 credit card for one parking space. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. The High Point North Condominium is a smoke-free building! There is a designated area at the south end of the ground floor of the building. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. This retreat features a den/sunroom that can be used as another bedroom/private sleeping area for your convenience.
