Riad Ayoub— In the heart of the Medina
Nestled in a secret alley of the oldest medina in the world, Dar El Fes opens the doors of a 300-year-old mansion, a few steps from the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque and the treasures of Fez el-Bali.
Carefully renovated while preserving the soul of the old, the riad blends chiseled stucco and carved cedar wood with discreet modern comfort. Each stone, each arch tells three centuries of Fasian history.
Lost in one of the 10,000 alleys that form the living labyrinth of the medina, it plunges you into the heart of an authentic Fez, far from the surface tourist circuits — the one that only the initiated know.
