Very clean. Open. Comfortable
Check-in is horrible. Just horrible. Finding the entrance to the building is challenging. The checkin application is burdensome and forces you to answer questions about your travel habits/plans. They also have a required "damage waiver" fee of $36-$37 that there is no way around. That shouldn't be something that hits you at checkin - that needs to be disclosed at the time you make the reservation and should be required then! I had to call the support number and they waived the damage waiver.
