Second floor: Mezzanine living room with pool table, 1 bedroom (2 beds, 90x200 cm, convertible to 180x200 cm, with private bathroom) 1 family bedroom (2 beds, 90x200 cm, convertible to 180x200 cm / 2 beds, 80x200 cm, convertible to 1 bed, 160x200 cm, with private bathroom (shower, bathtub, toilet). Garden with outdoor dining area, electric sauna, and outdoor wood-fired hot tub (€20 surcharge per night in summer for hot tub access), maintained by the owner; access available until 9:00 PM.
