In this oasis of tranquility by Lake Fischbach in Jagstzell, the name says it all. Our “Schilf-Traum” apartment combines spacious living with the idyll of the Ellwanger Seenland.
Living & Comfort: The centerpiece is the spacious living-dining room with underfloor heating. The solid dining table seats at least 8 people.
Sleeping Arrangements: We guarantee a high level of sleeping comfort. A separate bedroom with a king-size bed (180x200) as well as two sleeper sofas in the living area with high-quality 90x200 mattresses (no thin cushions!).
Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with a separate table—ideal for early risers to have breakfast without waking the late sleepers in the living room.
Bathroom: The bathroom, in a well-maintained 1970s style, features 2 sinks and a bathtub (separate toilet).
Family Services: Upon request, we’re happy to provide a baby crib (70x140) and a changing table.

This peaceful oasis is the perfect starting point for nature lovers!
Swimming Options: The Fischbachsee is only 600m away. The natural Orrotsee (5 km) offers playgrounds and a fitness trail. The Kressbachsee natural outdoor pool (approx. 4 km by bike path) attracts visitors with its sandy beach and diving tower.
Local Amenities: In the immediate vicinity (Dankoltsweiler/Rindelbach), you’ll find 24/7 farm stands (e.g., Engelhard Direct Sales) and first-class bakeries (Virngrundbäcker). In Jagstzell (5.5 km), there’s a butcher shop, a supermarket (Netto), and a bank.
