The master bedroom features a very comfortable and modern queen-size double bed, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.

The second bedroom is equipped with two generously sized single beds, a wardrobe, and air conditioning.

The living area is a large, modern open space featuring a sofa bed, a smart TV, and a wall-mounted full kitchen.

The kitchen awaits you with all the comforts and is fully equipped: induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, espresso machine, kettle, and toaster.

The open space features a large window that leads out to the wonderful terrace, furnished with high-quality outdoor furniture, including a large dining table, chairs, and plenty of space to enjoy the Emilian climate while having breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Rounding out the apartment is a lovely bathroom with a shower, bidet, washing machine, hair dryer, and a complimentary amenity kit always stocked with shower gel and shampoo for our guests.

The Rivazza Apartment is located in the Autodromo area, in the heart of the Emilian Motor Valley. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with everything you need close at hand: a hardware store on the first floor of the building, bars and grocery stores just a few minutes’ walk away, and a bus stop right nearby to reach the historic center without having to drive.

The center of Imola is about 1.5 km away—a short bike ride or a five-minute drive—and it’s well worth a visit: the Rocca Sforzesca, Piazza Matteotti, and the traditional Emilian trattorias (tortellini, tagliatelle with meat sauce, piadina) are the best way to end the day.

For those who want to explore further, Bologna is 30 minutes away, Ravenna with its Byzantine mosaics is 40 minutes away, and Faenza with its ceramics is 30 minutes away.

On weekends, the atmosphere often changes due to events at the Autodromo: fans arrive from all over Europe, the roads around the racetrack come alive, and from the window you can already hear the roar of the engines during free practice.

When there are no events, the neighborhood returns to its quiet and authentic atmosphere—perfect for those looking for a comfortable base, away from the chaos of the city center, with guaranteed parking and everything taken care of.

For getting around, the apartment includes private parking—a definite advantage both on regular days and during events.

Those arriving by train will find Imola Station about a 10- to 15-minute walk or taxi ride away: it is on the Bologna-Rimini-Ancona line, with frequent regional trains that reach Bologna Centrale in about 25–30 minutes.

For those flying, the nearest airport is Bologna Guglielmo Marconi (~45 minutes by car), followed by Forlì (~40 minutes) and Rimini (~1 hour), both of which are also accessible by train.

Within the city, TPER city buses serve the main neighborhoods with five routes; tickets cost €1.50 when purchased in advance or €2.00 on board.
