Villa "Enigma" is a rare jewel located on the edge of a nature reserve in the north-east of Mallorca, right by the sea, where the landscape remains unspoilt.
This luxurious villa offers breathtaking views of the sea, and the soothing sound of the surf and the sea breeze create a tranquil atmosphere. The garden, designed like a Zen space with gravel, shrubs and palm trees, invites contemplation or a refreshing dip in the wooded pool. A large roof terrace offers another space to enjoy the marvellous sea view.
The massive sliding doors ensure that the house is well ventilated even in summer. The light, airy interior is accentuated by cream-coloured walls and white marble floors. The spacious living room is seamlessly connected to the pool terrace, kitchen and dining area. The designer kitchen and futuristic décor emphasise the modern elegance of the villa. Villa "Enigma" is located in Betlem in the north-east of Mallorca, directly by the sea and only approx. 200 metres from a small bay with gentle access to the sea. In this part of the island, Mallorca is still largely undeveloped due to strict nature conservation regulations. The few houses that can be found here are therefore of particular value. There are several good restaurants on the pretty harbour promenade in the nearby fishing village of Colonia de San Pere (4.5 km) and you can go shopping in neighbouring Artá (16.5 km). Several other beaches can be reached in just a few minutes by car, including the wide bay of Son Serra de Merina (with a great breakfast bar next door).
