This exceptional, air-conditioned suite, located just 100 meters from the beach, is nestled within the HILO des Oiseaux residence, featuring a shared swimming pool, a shared jacuzzi and a shared ping-pong table. The suite boasts a spacious living area with an open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC, as well as a sunny terrace.

- Living room with 55" flat-screen TV and PS5, sound system;
- Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, mixer/blender, seafood utensils, ...
- Utility space with washing machine and dryer, garment steamer, drying rack and cleaning equipment.
- Adjacent dining area;
- Separate WC;
