The Space:

This ground-floor, one-bedroom condo is designed for easy, comfortable living with no stairs to manage, making it a great fit for families, groups traveling with grandparents, or anyone who prefers single-level access.



The bedroom features a king bed, and both the living room and dinning room include a queen sofa sleeper, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests total with three seperate sleeping areas. Brand-new split A/C units in both the living room and bedroom keep the whole condo cool year-round.



The full kitchen comes equipped with cookware, dishware, and appliances for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to full dinners. We provide a practical option for families or longer stays looking to save on dining out. An in-unit washer and dryer are also included, so you can pack light and do laundry as needed throughout your trip.

We provide fresh linens, a starter supply of body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, plus beach and pool towels and beach gear, so you can head straight to the sand or pool without extra packing or errands.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire ground-level condo, including the private lanai and lush garden surroundings—perfect for easy indoor-outdoor island living.



Your home is secured with personalized keyless entry and a door code for your stay. We'll provide your code before you arrive for a smooth and seamless check-in.



You’ll also enjoy access to the community amenities, including the sparkling pool and shared BBQ areas—ideal for relaxing afternoons and casual evenings under the stars.



Parking is available on the property and is first-come, first-served.



The Neighborhood:

Waikomo Stream Villas is a quiet, garden-style condo community in the heart of Poipu on Kauai's South Shore, set among mature tropical landscaping along a gentle stream. The grounds include a resort-style pool and BBQ areas, giving families and groups plenty of space to relax without leaving the property.

It's a short, flat walk to Kukui'ula Shopping Village, where you'll find restaurants, shops, a grocery market, and a Wednesday farmers market which is convenient for stocking up or grabbing a meal without needing a car.



Poipu Beach Park, one of Kauai's most family-friendly beaches, is just minutes away, known for calm waters, sea turtles, and a protected swimming area that's great for kids. Spouting Horn, Shipwreck Beach, and championship golf courses are also a short drive from the property.

Many visitors choose to rent a car for flexibility, but biking is also a popular and enjoyable way to take in the island’s beauty at a slower pace. Whether you’re heading out for a beach day or a sunset dinner, getting around Poipu is all part of the relaxed, easygoing island lifestyle.
