Welcome to our Studio des Rosaires, completely renovated in June 2026,
A small cocoon located 200m from the beautiful beach of Les Rosaires, an ideal base to visit the Breton coast, in the immediate vicinity of the GR 34, the nautical center, tennis courts and restaurants.
The apartment is located in a Rosarian (Stone house typical of the Rosaries) in the cool first floor -1
The sleeping area has a large double bed of 160 x 200 cm, an Android TV.
We provide a folding mattress suitable for a child (L 190 x W 65 x H 8.5 cm)
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Nespresso) as well as a water filtration system (PUREVA).
We have also equipped it with fiber optics.
The property is suitable for a couple + 1 child.
The area is quiet, parking is free and there is a bus stop nearby (Line R)
Enjoy a nice sunset, with your feet in the water and enjoy an ice cream before going back up to relax in the cool :)
