Welcome to La Bastide au Soleil, an elegant Provençal villa in a quiet cul-de-sac, just minutes from the village of Flayosc and sheltered from view. It welcomes up to 8 guests, combining nature, comfort and the Provençal way of life.
Facing due south, the villa opens onto a level, 1,700 m² Mediterranean garden planted with olive and mulberry trees, laurels and jasmine. Outdoors: a private 10 × 5 m pool, several terraces, a summer kitchen, a pool house and spacious relaxation areas that are not overlooked.
Ground floor: a main bedroom suite with a walk-in wardrobe and private shower room, a lounge with a suspended fireplace, a bright living area opening onto a fully equipped Provençal kitchen, and a laundry room. Upstairs: three bedrooms with storage, a shower room and a separate toilet.
Comfort: ducted reverse-cycle air conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, large glass doors that slide into wall pockets, and electric shutters. Spacious paved parking area and a triple garage.
