This property is amazing right on the water. Sunburst Realty was above and beyond and helping us with everything we needed. Beautiful place

This house was very comfortable for our family of 9, with plenty of gathering space and dining space. It was a convenient location to Asheville, Waynesville and Maggie Valley.

There was issues with the plumbing, both in the half bath upstairs and one of the bathrooms downstairs. Both toilets overflowed. A plumber may need to snake the lines as something is obviously backed up in them. Staff was really great to work with.
