Newly Built Custom 5-Bedroom Canalfront Home with Pool Be among the first to enjoy this one-of-a-kind, newly completed custom home located directly on the canal. Thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes throughout, this stunning property offers white oak flooring, a premium Vulcan range, a Wolf stove/oven and expansive custom windows that provide water views from every bedroom. The living room gas fireplace will only be available from September 1 - April 1. The home features multiple outdoor living spaces to enjoy throughout the day—morning sun over the pool, beautiful canal sunsets from the front deck, and breathtaking bay views from both the front and back of the house in the evening. Sleeping Accommodations (Sleeps up to 12): • Three king bedrooms, each with a private en-suite bathroom and beautifully tiled showers • One queen bedroom • One children’s bedroom with two double beds • Loft area with a double pull-out sofa, lounge space for kids, and a desk ideal for work or gaming Each bedroom is equipped with a new smart TV for your comfort and convenience. Indoor & Outdoor Amenities: • Five separate decks and outdoor spaces • Heated 8’ x 15’ pool that converts to a hot tub in spring, fall, and winter • Rooftop deck with seating—perfect for happy hour • Outdoor couches, dining table, propane grill, and Adirondack chairs with a fire pit • Two large outdoor showers • Board games and cornhole Water & Beach Gear: • Private pier space for your boat during your stay • One paddleboard and two kayaks with direct water access • Four bikes and six beach chairs Additional Features: • Elevator from the ground floor for groceries or guests who prefer to avoid stairs • Parking for up to six cars Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the home is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and local food spots—offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. This house was truly spectacular. Amazing water views in every room and all three decks. Very modern and clean. You can tell very much thought and care were placed in the design and build. Having my older parents with me made the elevator very convenient was why I originally booked this property but didn't realize how convenient it was with our grandchildren, not having to lug the pack and play and all of their equipment up and down the stairs. The paddle boards and kayak were a big hit with our group but the home-run of the trip was the pool. Plenty of parking for groups with multiple cars. Easy trek to the beaches, especially with the bikes. Really nice quiet walks with kids, safe area with super friendly neighbors. I will definitely book again.
