La localisation très bien, l'appartement était très bien équipé, propre, facile d'accès et une jolie vue!

Le lit en métal dans l'une des chambres grince fortement et la table à manger est inconfortable. Les jambes passent difficilement en dessous.

Fantastic location, close to QPAC, Southbank, Pubs and restaurants. Building felt safe and secure for two ladies visiting from out of town.

The instructions for the parking needs to be much clearer. You need to state which tower the apartment is actually in, to begin with. We were very confused about the 'basement' (which is normally where the parking is located) and the 'levels' which contained more parking. Oh and the TV remote caused us all sorts of frustration - please provide instructions. Collecting keys from reception would have been preferred.

The host was awesome in communicating and accomodating to all our questions Location was perfect to the seminar we were attending at the convention centre. The view was spectacular minus the noise but what can you expect when youre in the city. The furniture was lovely and different and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The details and directions to accessing the keys, carpark and buildings were all fully detailed in the messages which made it so much easier to do and access everything. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The only thing I would say is a few utensils in the kitchen wasn't clean when we went to use it and the toilet bowl wasnt clean in both bathrooms upon arrival however that was really minor and it didnt affect our stay.

Much better value than some of the big name hotel chains and better facilities. The bed was comfortable, the sheets felt high quality, the towels were thick and fluffy.
