The security to get in and out was awesome. It was nice that nobody could get in without an armband. The pool area was always clean.

The only thing was the sofa mattress could have been a little thicker other than that the room and ground were excellent

We loved the location and the space in the condo.

The condo was in a nice location. Included all the pots, pans, and dishes needed to cook while there. The washer and dryer were nice to have and they even had two packs of detergent for the wash. Coming in the floor seemed sticky and overly sandy. It's on the beach so the sand is to be expected, but it seemed a lot. The unit is a bit dated which explains some of the beat up baseboards and other admittedly small things wrong inside. As for the customer service part, Rent and Relax could have started by making an exception for us to be able move dates or cancel. Firstly, for my son having been injured the Friday before in a football game and not being able to travel. We were looking at eating over 1500 dollars in rental expenses. This was hard to swallow, but understandable. We then decided to go on and make the 8 hour trip with our kids for what turned out to be a two day stay instead of 4. There was a hurricane that we had to leave 2 days early for and recieved not so much as a sorry, can we move your days to another time, or an ask if we were okay. The first missed night was when the hurricane hit and there was no power from then until the time we were supposed to check out originally. Why would anyone expect to be paid for days when there is no power in a unit? Rent and Relax should be ashamed to care more about the money made on rent than human life. I'm very disappointed with Rent and Relax Vacation Rentals and definitely will not be using them again.
