Kazi Castle Rajshahi

in a nice location. Clean Room but the corridor and the Dining hall should be a bit more clean. Overall Satisfied

Professional and politeness of the staff.

Exceptional staff who were polite, courteous, friendly and extremely helpful when I needed to modify my booking last minute. They were competent communicators and able to resolve matters very quickly with patience and diligence. Highly recommend staying here during a visit to Rajshahi, food and amenities are great and the staff are very skilled at handling locals as well as foreigners.

It was nice hotel in Rajshahi very good and very good environment for families and couples

Location

This property is grossly overpriced compared to similar accommodations in Rajshahi. It also lacks some of the facilities and amenities advertised on the website. The room is small and oddly shaped, with dull, damp-looking walls. The TV is mounted in an awkward position, further detracting from the room’s overall comfort. The bathroom is extremely cramped, and you have to be careful when showering because the toilet paper can easily get soaked. Overall, the room and sleeping arrangements are very basic and simply do not justify the exorbitant price.
