Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts. Really quiet and peaceful surroundings, yet only a short stroll away from the buzzing centre of town.
The weather :)

The host, Mr. Toulas, is exceptionally welcoming. He waited up for us and welcomed us even towards 11pm. He provided some treat every time we interacted with him: at check in, when we locked our key in the room and called him at 10pm during our stay to open the door for us. The room is spacious, spotless and the view from the balcony breathtaking. The kitchen was well equipped. Including great Greek coffee and some breakfast wares. As it is the custom in Greece, the hot water has to be turned on a bit in advance of use, but I'm a few minutes there is plenty of really hot water.
The road leading to the house is a bit dusty and the neighborhood is not very well lit, but it looked safe and we had no problem coming and going to town on foot from there.
