The apartment is really cool and beautiful, and it was impeccably clean. Check-in was very easy; the host sent the information a few days in advance and followed the whole process. Good shower and bathroom. It is very close to the train station and truly just a 2-minute walk from the city's busiest areas, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes. The sofa bed was easy to set up and take down.
As it happened, I was in town during a major holiday and on a Sunday, so I didn't feel entirely comfortable coming and going from the building alone, given that all the shops were closed. Furthermore, since all the cafés and bars are nearby, there were noisy crowds on the street on Friday night, and some of that noise could be heard during the night. However, this had nothing to do with the host or the apartment itself.
