Everything was just great clean tidy lots of small details

It is a clean, practically new studio. I don't think it has been in use for very long, as work is still ongoing in the building, though without disturbing quiet hours. Communication with the host is very quick, via WhatsApp.
It is very far from the city center; there is no public transport connection within a 10–15 minute walk. If you have a car, this won't be an issue for you. There are no shops nearby, so you need to buy everything in advance. The Wi-Fi connection is very poor—working only near the entrance door—and the shower is a real nightmare. Hot water lasts for only 5 minutes; even though we set the water heater to "eco" mode as the host recommended, there isn't enough hot water
