the kitchen and bathroom were both well equipped. you could not hear the trains apart from a rumble.
The location even tho I knew roughly where the property was didn't know was down unmade road next to Hart's who start work at 7, the stairs were a pain to get up and down especially as the bathroom down stairs remote for TV did not work very well and no microwave in kitchen I was visiting family so worked for me but would not have been happy if on holiday.

It's a presentable little house at a reasonable price. If you don't mind driving it's easy to get to all the local stuff to do in Cornwall
We had an issue with the shower bunging up and the owner came at short notice to sort it while we were out
The facilities need some work - there's a dodgy light in the bedroom, the drainage isn't great, the dishwasher doesn't really seem to clean stuff very well. We just used the place as a base of operations while we tramped around all day but if you wanted to spend a day inside it might not be the best
$$$$
