A really good value for the money. Location was quiet. The unit is spacious. It is a diamond in the rough and won't take much to make it an exceptional property.
Unit could use a little TLC, particularly in the master bed and bath. Arriving after dark was tough as there was no light and the unit it upstairs. Definitely recommend installing a timer on the front porch light or a motion detector for arriving guest.
