Villafranca suites Roma

Genuinely impressed from the moment I arrived. The room was much larger than I expected, beautifully presented and had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay. The facilities were excellent, and the complimentary Prosecco was a lovely touch. One thing worth mentioning is the bedding. I’m quite fussy when it comes to a good night’s sleep, but the quality of the linen was excellent and having a choice of pillows was a real bonus. Those little details really do make a difference. Overall, a fantastic experience with so many thoughtful touches that made the stay feel special. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and would happily stay again. A real find!

The wasn’t a view from the window, minor detail but had it have been possible to see out into the street and not a wall then it would be an 11 out of 10.

Accommodation is newly renovated, very clean, spacefull and comfortable. The managers are very kind and accommodating. You stay near public transportations and not so far from Roma Termini, in a safe neighborhood.

The negative points are that you can ear people staying on the other side of the wall and also that the room is not cleaned if you don’t ask (even though we asked, nobody came to make it up and were staying for on week).

The room was new and super clean. It was comfortable too. Easy to access it with a code so no need to carry a key around.

Our room was amazing. We stayed on the first floor. For us Americans, the AC was exactly what we needed at the end of the day. The room was immaculate. The staff were helpful and quick to supply towels and toilet paper. We had everything we needed without hesitation. The breakfast is downstairs past the lobby. It had a variety of choices, was always well stocked and more than fueled us efficiently for the day. We can’t say it enough, this is once of the best stays we have ever had.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. I would make sure to remind guests about the breakfast, its operating hours and where to find it. We stumbled upon it because I forgot it was included. We also helped another guest find it.
