The house is located in a nice neighborhood - a hidden gem in Orange Park. There are gates to access the high school and sidewalk to the Moody Ave. elementary and junior high schools. Bus service is also available for some schools.

The fourth bedroom has a small closet and is a flexible space to use as you need, with access to the Florida room.

The kitchen incudes a double wall oven, flat stove top, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, and double fridge with bottom freezer. Crockpot, dishes, and utensils are included.
The house is furnished sparingly, so you have plenty of extra room for your own items.
The offices and living room are carpeted. The rest of the house has tile or original hardwood floors. Pest control is included (outdoor only). It is a 1980 house, so we have a home warranty program to help with getting quick repairs.
