Private: property 1'050 m2 with lawn 40 m2 flowers, swimming pool angular, heated (7 x 3 m, depth 145 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house on the premises. E-charging station.
