The property is new and the rooms were neat and clean. Property is away from main city traffic.
Lift was not available in the building and the rooms were allotted in G+3rd floor and it was not informed during booking.
Water heater and dispenser were not working. Need to improve facilities.
Check-out time was 9 a.m which was a shocker. It was extended on request but this is definitely not expected. Check out time of 11 a.m should be standard and reasonable or 24 hr checkout for early check in is also fine.
