This warmly decorated duplex apartment is located just a stone's throw from downtown Caen.
It's ideal for a romantic getaway or a business trip.
The apartment is close to restaurants, bars, and shops (a 5-minute walk from Place Saint-Sauveur)
The apartment features an open-concept living room/kitchen with a coffee table for dining. Upstairs, there is a beautiful bedroom with an en suite bathroom.

Coffee and tea will be available for breakfast.
Everything you need for cooking is also provided (stovetop, pans & pots, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster), as well as dishes for eating in. We also provide shower gel and shampoo for your use.
Sheets are provided, as well as one towel per person.
Please note that the accommodations are not suitable for people with limited mobility and/or difficulty moving around, due to the narrow and fairly steep spiral staircase.
