Experience the best of Bradenton Beach with this stunning full-property rental, offering exclusive access to both sides of a newly built coastal duplex. With space to comfortably host families, friends, or multiple couples, Beacon by the Sea Retreat blends modern luxury with effortless island living—just a short walk from the shoreline.
Inside, you'll enjoy two thoughtfully designed units, each featuring bright, airy interiors, fully equipped kitchens, cozy living areas, and stylish coastal décor. Whether you're gathering for meals, spreading out for some downtime, or traveling with both early risers and night owls, this retreat offers the perfect balance of togetherness and privacy.
Step outside and cool off in the private tropical pool, then head up to the rooftop deck for panoramic views, morning sunrises, or a golden-hour toast with friends. And with the beach just a quick stroll away, it’s easy to slip into vacation mode from the moment you arrive.
Located in the heart of Bradenton Beach, you’ll be walking distance to everything—boutique shops, fresh seafood, ice cream spots, mini golf, and laid-back nightlife.

THINGS TO KNOW
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $32 per day plus tax. A 48 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees. We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October
No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

We were a group of 18 and rented both sides of the duplex. It was so much better than we could have expected. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to have quick access to the beach and also just a parking lot away from all the shops and restaurants on bridge street. The house is very roomy and was perfect for larger groups who want to gather. An amazing property in the perfect place for the island!
