This first‑floor condo sleeps 6 and is close to Old Town, Chaparral Park, golf, hiking, shopping, and restaurants.
The layout includes two bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with a queen bed. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a living room with TV, and an in‑unit washer/dryer. The condo is on the lower level with no interior steps.
Outside, you have a small patio with seating near the courtyard and two community gas grills. The community offers two pools (one heated with a spa), a fitness room, and a tennis court. The property backs up to the canal path, which you can use to walk or bike toward Old Town and other parts of Scottsdale.
The location is very convenient and nestled in a quiet community. The Scottsdale trolley stops nearby, and you’re a short drive to Old Town Scottsdale, Scottsdale Fashion Square, the airport, local coffee shops and grocery stores.
