Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth, Exeter, famed for its stunning cathedral and shopping, The Princess Theatre, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Kent’s Cavern, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.

Step inside this charming property on the ground floor where you will find yourself in the entrance hall which leads to a lounge area and snug, both with comfortable seating for all guests to keep warm during those winter evenings together. The lounge looking out to the garden features double doors leading to the terrace with Sky TV, perfect for letting the sea breeze in whilst relaxing on the sofa. The snug has a wood burner to keep warm and a Smart TV to keep everyone entertained, along with a small study area for those looking for a quiet place to read. Moving to the back of the house you will find the stunning and well-equipped kitchen, which offers underfloor heating complete with an AGA, pantry, fridge/freezer and microwave. Here you will also find the dining area which has double doors opening to the terrace, perfect for sitting outside in the sun after exploring the local area. Next to the dining area is a downstairs utility and shower room, featuring a washing machine and tumble dryer, shower cubicle and WC. Heading upstairs to the first floor you will find four bedrooms, a super-king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with shower over bath and WC, a further super-king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room, with shower and WC, a king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room with shower and WC and a twin bedroom. Completing this floor is a family bathroom with a shower over bath and WC. Those with small children will be delighted to know that there is a small fifth room which will be perfect for a nursery with the provided travel cot.

Outside the property, there is a split-level garden featuring a terraced area with table and chairs, along with a lawned area, perfect for the summertime to enjoy al fresco dining. There is off-road parking for two cars located at the rear of the property with additional roadside parking, subject to availability.
