Welcome to an exceptional designer duplex in the heart of Potsdam’s historic Old Town—just about 100 meters from the popular Brandenburger Straße.
This spacious apartment, spanning over 150 m², extends across two floors and combines the charm of the historic old town with modern design, Art Deco elements, Bauhaus influences, and a warm boho style. The furnishings were professionally curated specifically for this project and implemented with great attention to detail. Each room tells its own little story—stylish, high-quality, and at the same time wonderfully cozy.
The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests and features two separate sleeping areas, each with a comfortable king-size bed, as well as additional sleeping options. Ideal for families, couples, business travelers, or guests who want to experience Potsdam in a special way.
The spacious living and dining area invites you to eat together, relax, and linger. The large kitchen is modernly equipped and designed in a warm Bohemian style—perfect for a cozy breakfast, a shared dinner, or a longer stay. There are also several quiet nooks, a workspace, a living room, and cozy corners for reading, relaxing, or unwinding.
A special highlight is the hidden access to the terrace—a peaceful spot where you can relax after a stroll through the city, unwind, and let the day come to a close.
The bathroom was completely redesigned for this project and fitted with high-quality fixtures—including large, light-colored tiles, a modern shower, and a bathtub.
