In front of you, the Pyrenees offer a spectacle that you never tire of. As the hours go by, the light transforms the landscapes: the first rays of dawn envelop the peaks and the emblematic castle of Montségur (classified as an UNESCO World Heritage Site) with softness, the sun reveals each relief during the day and then in the evening, the colors become warm and golden.
Then it's time to enjoy one of those excellent glasses of local wine that we offer you before giving way to a starry sky.
Each season reinvents the panorama. The snow-capped peaks of winter, the bright greens of spring, the intense lights of summer or the flamboyant hues of autumn make up a majestic picture.
Here, time slows down.
Comfortably seated on the outdoor lounge, you can breathe, recharge your batteries to the rhythm of birdsong and disconnect from everyday life.
The relaxation area with its SPA for 4 people and its SAUNA for a moment of absolute relaxation while contemplating the sunset.
I intervene every two days (in the morning) to clean this space.
The GYM (accessible only during private coaching) in which you can treat yourself to a cross training session, global body strengthening, cardio... developed according to your desire, carried out by a certified coach, in a calm and motivating atmosphere.
