The full kitchen and Nespresso coffee machine make mornings and meals at home easy. The private laundry includes a washing machine and dryer, so you can pack lighter for a longer stay.

Bathroom and powder room

The bathroom features a rain shower, with a separate powder room containing the toilet, basin and mirror. There is one shower and one toilet in total. There is no bathtub.

Outdoors

Enjoy the sheltered front alfresco with an overhead radiant heater and the large fenced backyard. Albany’s town centre, cafés and waterfront are within walking distance.

Guest access

Guests have exclusive use of the entire cottage, front alfresco and fenced backyard. Two designated off-street parking spaces are provided in the driveway. Entry is via electronic keypad for straightforward self check-in. There are no shared guest areas.

Guests under 18 are welcome, within the cottage’s maximum of four guests.

Bedroom 2 is prepared as two long single beds unless a king configuration is requested before arrival.

Harbour views extend across the surrounding neighbourhood; the property is not waterfront.

As a restored 1930s cottage, the home retains some original features and dimensions.

The fireplace is decorative and must not be used.

There is one rain shower and one toilet in total, in separate rooms, and no bathtub.

Pets and events are not permitted. No smoking or vaping inside or near window or door openings. Ashtrays are not provided.
