The Space
The apartment features a spacious, bright living room with a designer sofa, coffee table, and access to a charming small balcony—perfect for enjoying breakfast outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities: refrigerator, oven, microwave, stovetop, kettle, and coffee maker, as well as dishes, silverware, and cooking utensils so you can cook on your own.

The bedroom is modern and cozy, featuring a double bed and a spacious closet to help you organize your stay, with access to a second balcony. The bathroom, which has been renovated and is fully functional, features a shower, bidet, and washing machine.

Amenities included: air conditioning, heating, high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens and towels, a hair dryer, an iron, toiletries (shampoo, soap, shower gel), and a dedicated workspace. The apartment is also equipped with smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to ensure maximum safety.

Guests also have access to extra pillows and blankets, a clothesline, hangers, luggage storage (upon request), and the option for long-term stays. For those traveling with children, a travel crib is available upon request (for an additional fee). Cleaning service during your stay is available for a fee.

Check-in-in takes place at our office, with access to the apartment available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You must provide your documents before arrival; without them, we will not be able to accommodate your stay.

If you plan to arrive early or late, please let us know via chat so we can make the necessary arrangements.

For arrivals after 9:00 PM, there is a 50€ surcharge. We accept check-ins until 11:45 PM (no later than this time).
Check-out is by 10:00 AM; any delays will incur an additional charge of €15 for each extra hour.

To ensure a smooth stay, please do not disconnect the Wi-Fi: the apartment’s access system may not function properly.

Please note that following the house rules is essential: any violations may result in penalties.

We also offer a crib service for families. However, we need to know in advance so we can prepare everything necessary for your baby.
The rental fee is only €20.
There is a €15 charge for separate beds.
