To meet short-term rental safety & insurance requirements, we'll send you a digital check-in form and ask for a copy of your government-issued photo ID before arrival. 📌 Apartment and it's belongings must be treated respectfully. If any damage occurs please let us know ASAP

📌 Rubbish should be disposed of regularly

📌 Please ensure you vacate the property and complete checkout by the agreed time to avoid late fees. Check out will only be confirmed once physical keys/fobs have been returned to the lockbox

📌 Lost keys or remotes will incur replacement fees of up to $500

📌 If you trigger a false fire alarm, we may be charged a high fee from the fire service - a cost which you will have to pay

📌 No commercial photography or filming, or other commercial activities
