A snug retreat on the 4th floor (no elevator) of a classic Parisian building
Discover the authentic charm of Paris in this 38 m² rooftop studio, nestled on the 5th floor (US style) / 4th floor (French style) of a historic building in Le Marais. Access is via a period wooden staircase—typical of Parisian architecture—adding to the authentic experience. Ideal for travelers who are fit and ready to climb a few flights of stairs to enjoy an unobstructed view.
Exceptional location: Le Marais, where tradition meets modernity
- In the heart of the 3rd arrondissement, less than 100 meters from the Rambuteau metro station (Line 11), you’ll be a 5-minute walk from the Centre Pompidou (Beaubourg) and its avant-garde exhibitions.
- A 10-minute walk away: the majestic Notre-Dame Cathedral, the Musée des Arts et Métiers, and the lively streets of Le Marais—ranked among the most picturesque in Paris.
- A vibrant neighborhood for food lovers: Rue Rambuteau, right on your doorstep, is a favorite spot for Parisians doing their shopping. You’ll find gourmet grocers, butchers, fishmongers, wine shops, and—above all—the capital’s best bakeries and pastry shops:
