La casa del Lupo 2 is a 72-square-meter apartment surrounded by nature and is part of LA CASA DEL LUPO; the two apartments are independent but share the garden and hot tub.

Located just a few minutes from downtown Colico, the house enjoys a unique setting: surrounded by the lush greenery of a dense forest, it offers peace and privacy while remaining close to key amenities and the scenic beauty of Lake Como.
The home is ideal for those who love nature, walks in the countryside, and moments of relaxation away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still want supermarkets, restaurants, and public transportation within easy reach.

Our apartments are spacious, comfortable, and designed to offer you the ultimate in relaxation.
Every space is thoughtfully furnished: the modern and functional kitchen is equipped with a 6-burner induction cooktop and two ovens, perfect for those who love to cook even while on vacation.

Our vacation homes were created out of a desire to offer an authentic experience, where well-being is found in small gestures and the slow rhythms of nature.
In the spacious garden, guests can enjoy a barbecue perfect for grilling with friends, a wood-heated hot tub, and comfortable lounge chairs for relaxing outdoors.
