The structure consists of 3 apartments, 2 of them with terrace. All units have been renovated with high-quality materials and equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a pleasant and relaxing stay.
The Nerone Apartment, with its fine finishes and sophisticated design, guarantees a unique living experience. This four-room apartment has 2 double bedrooms and 1 suite, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and 4 modern bathrooms. Designed to offer the highest comfort, the Nerone Apartment is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, air conditioning and all the amenities needed to feel at home.
The recently renovated Suite offers a high level of hospitality with a private living area including a sofa.
The apartment comes complete with linen and towels for all guests. On request, for an additional charge, a daily tidying service can be provided with a possible change of towels.

We loved how roomy every room was and that each bedroom had its own bathroom. It was in a very quiet neighborhood and felt very safe.
It was a little bit of a hassle to find the recycling trash bin outside (had to walk 2 blocks) and typically it won't be an issue but knowing we were paying for the stay/cleaning fees, it was a bit chaotic on the morning of our departure to take care of trash ourselves while trying to get ready to leave for the airport. Some of the towels had stains (makeup or blood, couldn't tell) and the shower drains didn't drain properly so it was always a small pool of water in the shower while you're taking a shower.
