À propos de cette location de vacances
Start with coffee on the deck. Grill out. Run a few sets on the pickleball court and settle the debate.
As the sun drops, take it down to the wood-burning fire pit by the stream — s'mores, music, no agenda. Unwind in the spa suite: hot tub, dry sauna, cold plunge. Cap the night downstairs in the home theater or upstairs in the loft — pool table, poker table, your call.
Fourteen private acres. Five bedrooms. Sleeps 12. One trip your group will remember.
Dog friendly with pet fee.
Rock Gap Resort sits on 14 private acres in Berkeley Springs — secluded, wooded, and quiet, with a stream winding through the property. Designed for groups, the home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms and three full bathrooms, with spaces built equally for relaxing, entertaining, and spending time together.
The main floor is centered around an open-concept living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen that naturally brings everyone together. Also on this level are the primary bedroom, a bunk room, and the first full bathroom. Step outside onto the covered deck, where you’ll find an outdoor dining area, outdoor kitchen, and a propane fire pit — perfect for morning coffee, family dinners, or evenings under the stars. Just off the main level, the private spa suite features a hot tub, cold plunge, and dry sauna for a true resort-style experience.
Upstairs offers two queen bedrooms, a spacious loft with a poker table, and a second full bathroom.
The lower level is designed for entertainment and group gatherings, featuring a lounge and game area, a 90-inch pool table, and a dedicated home theater with a 100-inch 4K screen and Dolby Atmos surround sound. A custom bunk room with three twin-over-twin bunks sleeps up to six guests, with the third full bathroom located just steps away.
Outside, the private sports court is set up for basketball, pickleball, and volleyball, while the wood-burning fire pit beside the stream creates the perfect place to end the day together. With 14 acres entirely to yourselves, the property delivers the feel of a private resort — no crowds - just space to unwind.
Whether your group comes to compete, relax, cook, watch movies, explore nature, or simply disconnect for a few days, Rock Gap Resort is built for the kind of trip where everyone finds exactly what they’re looking for.
Additional amenities include in-unit laundry, EV charging, and high-speed WiFi throughout the property.
Other things to note
The indoor wood-burning stove is decorative only and not available for guest use. Because the property is deep in the woods, wildlife sightings are part of the experience — enjoy them from a respectful distance.
This is a family and community friendly location. No parties, events, or excessive noise.
