Just a short stroll up the hill is The Cottage Inn, a popular village pub serving drinks - the walk back is much easier downhill! 5 minutes in other direction takes you to the Quantock Pub, a "Green King” with an extensive menu. In Wembdon Village, Coffee at the Green is a lovely cafe overlooking the grounds.



The bustling centre of Bridgwater is only a 15-minute walk away, offering a variety of cafés, restaurants, bars, shops, a cinema and a bowling alley. Closer to home, Wembdon Village Hall often hosts cricket matches during the summer months, providing a quintessential English village atmosphere.



Nature lovers will be spoiled for choice. The beautiful Quantock Hills, England’s first Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, are only a short drive away and offer fantastic walking, cycling and panoramic views.
