The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house for rent in Bernières-sur-Mer, with sea views and situated just 30 metres from the beach. With a floor area of 120 m², it can accommodate up to 10 guests.
The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living area with a sitting area (TV, sofas), a dining area and a study area
- A fully fitted kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet
Upstairs:
- Two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bedroom with a pull-out bed (2 single beds, 90×200) and a bunk bed (2 beds, 90×200)
- A bathroom with a bath
- A separate toilet
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, table tennis table and fire pit.
Outdoors:
- A beautiful, enclosed and private 300 m² garden, as well as a south-facing terrace
- A 20 m² south-west-facing terrace, accessible from the living room, with furniture to enjoy the sunny days

- Pets are welcome free of charge. Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but no cats due to the owners’ allergies. Please specify this when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply.
- The fireplace is not in working order.
- The property is fitted with a security system. Should the fire or carbon monoxide alarm be triggered, a photograph will be taken in the living room, the entrance hall and the upstairs corridor for verification purposes.
