The location was perfect right in the center, it was quiet and clean, the owner even provided free water. I didn't have a chance to meet the owner but he was very cooperative on the phone and helped with all the things that I asked him. Will be back for sure.

Location was 10/10
And the host was a great guy, very friendly with quite useful information. Definitely will come back here once I visit Tirana again.
It was all okay, asking for more at this price wouldn’t be a rational thing to do!
