We didn't receive any breakfast

There was no sugar, tea or coffee which we expected to be part of the basics and we were only given and left with one toilet paper roll. It was difficult to access the streaming services, there was also no dishwashing liquid to wash our dishes and I feel like all these things needed to be disclosed to me as the customer because we literally had to go and buys these kinds of thing

Wow wow wow... What an Experience from Start to finish. I can not even begin to describe the unbelievable and absolutely professional service I received from Cinga at Airscape. From the initial booking made up until the Check out he welcomed me and assisted with every tiny detail. He went over and above expectations and the service I received from him was impeccable. Coming from a background of 27years in hospitality you don't find people with passion, drive and a love for the service industry anymore but Cinga has all of those qualities and so accommodating. He was available for any queries or assistance and welcomed me with such a friendly and comforting vibe. Airspace is truly lucky to have someone like him in their company.
