The sheets & towels didn't smell clean. The towels especially smelled awful.

The livingroom was cozy

Could you some updates in the kitchen and bathroom.

House was close to Indy Motor Speedway, quiet, and comfortable for the price. House was cool even on very hot days. Couch was comfortable and tvs were newer. Check in was easy and host was communicative.

Nothing was a dealbreaker for us, but I want to be honest about what to expect. The house is older and well worn. Nothing gross or dangerous, but older. Bed frames have seen better days and are not good for holding anyone heavier set. Both were broken and/or bent from wear and tear. Kitchen had pans but no utensils for cooking and cutting board but no knives. Again, not a deal breaker if you don't plan to cook. There was also dish soap but no sponges or rags to clean them. This meant dishes, likely cleaned by previous guests, were not clean and had food particles on them. Towels were also limited with three total towels offered in the space. We still enjoyed our stay but it was hard to know what to expect with so little reviews. Hopefully this helps someone else decide.
