Rented over 4th of July weekend, great location, nice condo. Electrical set up was annoying. TVs had too many remotes, 8 for 3 TVs. Lots of cords everywhere. Never got one TV to power on. I did not contact the owner, just gave up. Need to label wall switches and remotes. Disappointed with the renters below the condo. There was a large family gathering, I think they had a couple of condos together. The renters monopolized the pool area with their group every day. Pool had 20-30 people every day. LOTS of all day drinking and corn hole until after 11pm every day. Piles of empty cans. I have a very large family and have had destination reunions. There is a way to celebrate without taking over and disrupting others time. Maybe rent a house with a pool. Be advised if renting over a holiday, this situation could happen. Otherwise our stay was nice, short walk to the beach, beach service available.

This condo exceeded my expectations! The unit is absolutely perfect for 2 adult couples looking for a hassle-free beach escape.I loved the couches here since they are both leather and push-button recline. Everything in the unit was very clean and in working order. The kitchen was better than my kitchen at home. The 2 king beds were extremely comfortable. Loved that the secondary bedroom and bathroom alcove had a sliding door to make it on-suite. Since it was 2 couples, it made it so easy to pick rooms since they were equal in comfort and privacy. Honestly, all the furniture in this unit was so comfortable and solid.The unit is located on the 2nd floor which provided a nice beach view but also easy stairwell access so we didn't need to wait for the elevator. The Sunswept complex is an older building but is well maintained. The onsite manager, Sherry, was very cheerful and pleasant. I didn't interact with the unit owner, Murray, at all since everything was perfect. The beach was easily accessible, clean. They had an rental attendant sitting right at our complex for us to rent chairs and umbrellas. So we walked up, payed, and sat down for all-day relaxation.

Was disappointed because it is non smoking condo, but smoking is allowed on the balcony. We could not enjoy the balcony without inhaling smoke from adjacent balconies. Also lots of light coming in the bedrooms at night, blackout curtains would be nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I believe this is the only unit that hasn’t been upgraded and needs an overhaul. The couch does not work (recline) and it has cords sticking out everywhere. The lamps didn’t work in the living room without us creating a way with an extension cord we brought. The bathrooms were tiny and very old, they need to be remodeled very badly. The view of the ocean is perfect and there are plenty of balcony chairs for everyone to sit in. The kitchen was okay and they did provide enough utensils and essentials. The pool is very large and we enjoyed not being on top of everyone. The location to Walmart and a grocery store are within walking distance from the condo. All in all, I would stay at the complex again just never in this unit. I walked into two of our friend’s units and they were both upgraded and very comfortable. I couldn’t have stayed another night in this condo but in another updated condo on the property, we could have.
