As part of the renovation, the attic was completely redesigned. The resulting vacation rental can accommodate up to four people. The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed, as well as a sleeper sofa for two people in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen-living room offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Our guests really appreciate the spacious kitchen-living area. It’s a great place to gather, plan upcoming outings, or play board games. The living room, featuring a sleeper sofa for two, two recliners, and a flat-screen TV, offers a separate area for quiet moments. The bathroom and toilet are separate, ideal for stays with multiple people. Both the bathroom and toilet are equipped with fans featuring humidity sensors. A storage room with an ironing board and a fire extinguisher is also available. Electric roller shades, insect screens, and light switches by the bed provide additional comfort. A washing machine is available for a flat-rate fee. Bicycles can be stored safely in the garden shed. Towels and bed linens are included. The location is particularly convenient for families, as there is a children’s playground directly behind the neighboring house. Thanks to the reliable Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment, business travelers and technicians will also find ideal conditions here.
