Welcome to our shared apartment in the heart of Paris! Please contact us before booking to know the availability : Matt & Baptiste - Ephemeral Co-Living Apt Paris X

Whether you are visiting for a few days or a few weeks, we offer a friendly "ephemeral co-living" experience. It is the perfect opportunity to live like a true Parisian while sharing a welcoming space with other respectful travelers.

The Concept & Check-in
This apartment is entirely designed around autonomy, flexibility, and community. We have streamlined the process to ensure a smooth stay:
Automated

Self Check-In: Arrive at your own pace. You will receive a comprehensive digital welcome guide with all the necessary access codes and instructions prior to your arrival.

Co-Living Vibe: You will enjoy the privacy of your own cozy bedroom while having full access to our shared, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Guest-Managed Self-Cleaning: To keep our rates accessible and maintain a collaborative spirit, we operate on a guest-managed self-cleaning framework. We kindly ask everyone to clean up after themselves and leave their room perfectly tidy for the next guest, just as you would in a genuine flatshare.

The Neighborhood
Located in a vibrant and authentic district, you will be steps away from local bakeries, bistros, and essential shops. The area is highly connected by public transit, making it an ideal home base to easily commute and explore everything Paris has to offer.

We look forward to hosting you!
