À propos de cette location de vacances
A designer Andalusian boutique villa, conceived for those seeking space, privacy, and that leisurely pace unique to the Mediterranean.
The Entrance
Access is on foot via a pedestrian entrance that leads to a welcoming foyer with a guest restroom. From the very first moment, the white architecture, handcrafted details, and natural light set the tone for the space.
Main Floor
At the heart of the villa are two living rooms with a warm and refined atmosphere, a spacious dining room, and an open-concept designer kitchen — all designed for gathering, cooking, and enjoying life at a leisurely pace. Behind the kitchen is a full laundry room with a washer and dryer.
Both the dining room and the kitchen open directly onto the back patio: a generous space featuring a covered outdoor dining area, a chill-out corner under the porch, and a private heated saltwater pool. Pool heating is available from approximately October through May, extending the swimming season far beyond what is typical on the Costa del Sol.
Upper Floor — Bedrooms
Four double bedrooms, each with its own unique character:
— Bedroom 1 — Double bedroom, bright and quiet, with a private bathroom down the hall.
— Bedroom 2 — Suite with an en suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and direct access to an outdoor terrace.
— Bedroom 3 — Suite with an en suite bathroom, elegant and cozy.
— Bedroom 4 — Suite with an en suite bathroom and views of the pool, a favorite for those who want to wake up to the sound of water.
Terrace & Solarium
On this floor, a large terrace with lounge chairs offers the perfect space for reading, enjoying the fresh air, or simply relaxing. From there, you can access the solarium—four lounge chairs under Málaga’s open sky, for those sunny days that are never in short supply here.
Smoking is welcome outdoors. Inside, we ask that you keep the air as fresh as you found it.
This home is reserved for guests aged 30 and older.
We ask that you respect the character of the space—this is a home, not a venue. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., out of respect for the neighbors and the neighborhood.
Towels belong on the towel racks, not on the balcony railings—this helps keep the terrace looking as good as it did when you arrived.
Trash goes in the communal trash bins, not outside the front door. We’ll show you where they are when you arrive.
