Important information for your stay:
Check-in and Check-out: Please contact us in advance to arrange your arrival and departure times and procedures.
Electricity: Upon check-out, please turn off all the lights and switch off the main circuit breaker located in the hallway next to the bathroom door.
Plant Care (Mandatory): Greenery is essential to our home. Guests are required to water the plants on the terrace following these instructions:
1. Connect the hose to the terrace faucet and turn it on only slightly (being careful not to damage the valve or faucet). Do not open it all the way to avoid excessive water pressure.
2. Let the water run at a minimal flow for about 20–30 minutes for the initial watering.
3. Close the valve, disconnect the hose, and finish watering the remaining plants manually using the buckets provided.
Liability for Damage: Caring for the plants is a fundamental requirement of the reservation. Any damage to or death of plants due to failure to water them, as well as any other damage caused to the apartment or its furnishings, will be charged to the guest through the platform.
